For 30 years, DMSS’s Revolving Rolling Fund Micro-Credit Project has been more than just a financial initiative—it has been a lifeline, a spark, and a bridge to opportunity for the marginalized communities of Joypurhat and Naogaon.

Through sustained support, this project has empowered Adivasi, Dalit, and low-income Bengali communities, providing them with the tools to build businesses, sustain livelihoods, and claim a sense of dignity long denied to them. Small loans, carefully structured and revolving in nature, have become catalysts for independence, resilience, and socio-economic transformation.

But the impact goes beyond economics. By fostering entrepreneurship, confidence, and self-reliance, the project has nurtured community leaders, innovators, and role models, turning beneficiaries into active participants in shaping their own futures.
